2. Quotations and Orders
• Quotations: Provided quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Order Confirmation: Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of written approval and payment as outlined in the terms.
• Order Modifications: Changes to orders after confirmation may result in additional fees and revised delivery schedules.
3. Pricing and Payment
• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings(Kshs.) and exclude VAT unless expressly mentioned.
• Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full or as agreed upon in the invoice before services commence.
• Late Payments: Delayed payments may lead to penalties or disruptions in order processing.
4. Production and Delivery
• Production Timelines: Estimated timelines are shared during order confirmation. Unexpected delays due to uncontrollable factors will be communicated promptly.
• Delivery: Delivery terms, including associated costs, are discussed during the ordering process. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
5. Artwork and Approvals
• Artwork Requirements: Clients must submit artwork in high-quality formats as specified.
• Approval Process: Written approval of proofs is mandatory before production begins. Errors or omissions approved by the client are their responsibility.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
• Cancellations: Cancellations after order confirmation may incur charges for work already completed.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are provided only for errors directly caused by us and apply solely to the defective portion of the order.
7. Liability
• Defective Products: Our liability is limited to either reprinting or refunding the defective items.
• Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
8. Intellectual Property
• Client Responsibility: Clients must have legal rights to all materials submitted for production. We are not accountable for copyright violations.
• Ownership of Designs: Designs created by Azuri Promo Shop Ltd remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
9. Confidentiality

10. Force Majeure
• We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
